If you are a client of both TaxMan Realty and TaxMan, you may be eligible to receive a $1000 referral bonus if you refer a friend who buys or sells a property through TaxMan Realty. The referral bonus consists of $500 from TaxMan Realty and $500 from TaxMan, subject to the terms and conditions of each entity.

To qualify for the referral bonus, you must:

• Be a current or past client of both TaxMan Realty and TaxMan, having used their services within the last 12 months.
• Refer a friend who is not already a client of TaxMan Realty or TaxMan, and who has not been referred by anyone else.
• Provide the name and contact information of your friend to TaxMan Realty or TaxMan before they contact or are contacted by TaxMan Realty or TaxMan.
• Have your friend sign a buyer or seller representation agreement with TaxMan Realty and complete a successful transaction within 6 months of the referral date.
• Have your friend use TaxMan’s services for their tax preparation or consulting needs within 6 months of the transaction date.

The referral bonus will be paid to you by TaxMan Realty and TaxMan after the completion of both the real estate transaction and the tax service. The referral bonus is taxable income and you will receive a 1099-MISC form from each entity. You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on the referral bonus.

By participating in this referral program, you agree to release and hold harmless TaxMan Realty and TaxMan, their affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to the referral program or the services provided by either entity.
