Words cannot express the absolute gratitude and appreciation I have for Julian but I’m going to try. Buying a home can be daunting and for a first time buyer I was scared. In our first meeting with Julian, I had lots of questions, comments, concerns and expressed my fear of the process. Julian is AWESOME! I heard about Julian through one of his Instagram posts on my explore feed. If you haven't checked out his real estate Instagram page @getrealvalley, you should check it out! His Instagram page has lots of real estate tips and tricks, and he even includes some humor in every post. I then recognized him at the gym and let him know my intentions of buying my first property. Julian is a great realtor. He sent us about 20 different listings per day and really accommodated everything we asked for. He worked around our schedule to view houses and didn’t pressure us to commit to a place we didn’t like. Once we wanted to put an offer in, he went above and beyond to write us wonderful letters connecting to the sellers. He’s also helped us with all the other parts of the process too, such as having our loans approved. My husband was deployed in the military at the time so it was difficult to view places while he was away, but Julian accommodated that as well. He is a great communicator and made sure everyone was in the loop.
